BluWave PS3 remote & Charge Base from Nyko Yashpal | Sep 10 2008 The leading gaming peripherals developer, Nyko has introduced two new accessories d

It seems like monopoly in PC peripheral industry failed to quench Logitech’s thirst for status and riches, hence has thrown hat into the gaming ring as the company has expressed its wish to develop a gaming controller. Chris Spearing, UK and Ireland manager for Logitech, has informed that his company is contemplating a new gaming peripheral that is virtually a Wiimote substitute. The new peripheral will be a combination of two distinct features -

1) Wii-mote’s motion-sensing capability

2) Sixaxis’ rumble control

Talking about rumble vs. motion control issue, Spearing said that Sixaxis’ force-feedback really works for some games. And for the Wii-mote’s intuitive motion-sensing feature, he said people rush out to score a Wii for realism, which they get while swinging a tennis racket or waving arm to and fro while playing Bowling.

The idea is unique and both the vibrant features collectively tend to do a great job. Once they figure out what technology the controllers bring in use, they’d immediately put unrivaled idea into practice.

However, the company has yet to make a formal announcement, but we are quite sure that the company will develop the new hybrid controller for the PS3.

May God bless Nintendo with peace (lolzz).
